Kim Kardashian helps free Momolu Stewart, convicted killer, in documentary The Sun Project
KIM Kardashian helped free hitman Momolu Stewart in his documentary Justice Project, which aired on Sunday.
The 39-year-old reality star Momolu argued – that he shot a man in 1997 – in a letter requesting his release after 23 years in prison.

The Oxygen documentary showed that Momolu – who was released in October 2019 – was conditionally released with Kim’s support.
He attended Kanye west‘s Sunday Service after being released and cheerfully said to the crowd, “I’ve been out of prison for four and a half days.”
Momolu was 16 when he was sentenced to life imprisonment after being convicted of first degree premeditated murder for shooting Mark Rosebure, 23, on New Years Day 1997.
He admitted in a letter to Kim that he was guilty of the crime, and went on to say that he had since become a prison mentor and wanted to repent by saving the lives of others.

the keeping up with the Kardashians The star met Momolu at a face-to-face meeting in prison, where he told her that part of his mind was dead when he shot Mark.
The former inmate then opened up to his traumatic childhood.
Momolu said his drunk father would beat his mother and that he was six when she and her boyfriend murdered his father.
Momolu then moved in with her aunt and husband, who took crack and physically assaulted him.

He fled at the age of 14 to stay with friends and quickly started selling drugs with them.
He and a friend clashed with a drug dealer who threatened them and killed him in a shootout. They were both sentenced to 16 and 17 years of life.
Kim met Momolu in July of last year and campaigned for his release.
In a letter, she wrote: “While incarcerated at Momolu, in an effort to change his life, even though the rest of his natural life was apparently spent in prison, he took courses, including Dr. Howards’ program Georgetown Prisoners Scholars. “

She continued, “He helped set up programs to help other prisoners. He took every opportunity to reimagine his life while completely avoiding trouble.”
She spoke of her mother’s murder of his father when he was a young child and he “turned to the street for advice”.
Fans who watch the justice reform show of the mother of four praised her work.

The founder of Skims was part of the team that worked to free ex-inmate Alice Johnson from her life sentence she received for a first non-violent drug offense in 1993.
She previously took her problem with the case andothers like itat the White House in May 2018 and metPresident Donald Trump.
Kim is currently working on the release of convicted murderer Kevin Keith and has also campaigned for the release of rapper A $ AP Rocky, who was imprisoned in Sweden after a street fight.
She is also studying to be a lawyer and is currently on a four-year apprenticeship with a San Francisco law firm, intending to take the California Bar exam in 2022.
