Family Fun organizers announce delay | Fun
OSCODA – The Oscoda Rotary Club and Oscoda Area Schools (OAS) have announced the adjournment of the Iosco County Family Fun Fair, scheduled for Saturday, April 25, at the Oscoda High School gym.
“We want to delay the Family Fun Fair as soon as possible,” said Dr. Scott Moore, OAS superintendent. “We believe that the families of our students may need useful resources from human services agencies, non-profit organizations and service clubs as soon as the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.”
A new date for FFF will be announced as soon as possible. Agencies, nonprofits and service clubs can reserve a table for FFF by contacting Michael Barnhart at [email protected] or 739-2033.
There is no cost to reserve a table. Encourages them to prepare to bring useful material for families and children friendly activities, if possible.
Organizations seeking to sponsor the FFF may contact Dr. Jim Kent of the Rotary Club of Oscoda at [email protected] or 390-4643. All donors will receive a tax refund from the Rotary Club.
Donations can be sent to the Rotary Club of Oscoda at PO Box 291, Oscoda, MI 48750-0291. Gold, silver and bronze sponsors will be featured in all FFF materials and listed on the event poster.
FFF is a free event for everyone, and will especially help families with young children. It is expected to be scheduled on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include a free lunch for everyone.
