RHONY ex-graduate Jules Wainsteins tries to ban him from seeing children after he punched him in the face while drugged The Sun

The husband of former RHONY student Jules Wainsteins asked Michael to forbid him from seeing their two children after he was arrested for allegedly "punching him in the face while he was on drugs ".

The Sun can exclusively reveal that Michael filed an amended protection order on February 27, requesting that their two young children, Jagger and Rio, be kept away from Jules.

Only Michael was on the no contact order at the time of the arrest, The Sun can confirm this.

A Florida court clerk has confirmed that a hearing on the case is scheduled for next week.

A source close to Michael told the Sun exclusively that Jules has not seen their children since his arrest.

The insider added: He is asking to protect children. He wants full custody, but he knows that children need a mother. He just wants her to get help.

Le Soleil can also reveal exclusively that Jules has waived his indictment hearing and has pleaded not guilty.

She requests a jury trial, court documents from March 3 obtained by The Sun reveal.

Michael's lawyer, Morghan Richardson, told The Sun in a statement: "This is an evolving legal issue that will be dealt with in Florida courts. Michael is a devoted father and he is currently focusing on caring for children full time.

"Ms. Wainsteins' plea is contrary to what she admitted to the police. It is time for her to step up and fix her problem. Michael only wants her to get the help that she needs."

according to TMZ,Michael claimed in protection order requesting that Jules pose a risk to him and their two young children.

He claimed that one of the children told him that he had seen him take pills before his arrest.

Michael claimed that she had returned home visibly rich in cocaine and had punched her in the face repeatedly when they lived in New York, TMZ reported.

Le Soleil can confirm that Michael is asking Jules to submit hair follicles for testing and for her to be ordered for treatment.

Jules' lawyer did not respond to the Sun's request for comment.

Jules was arrested on February 23 for domestic battery.

In police report obtained by The Sun, Michael claimed that he had recorded Jules during a custody exchange because he felt threatened by previous phone calls regarding child support .

When he got out of the vehicle, Jules would have become "agitated" and "grabbed a baseball bat from his back seat and placed it on the ground".

Michael told authorities that Jules had never threatened him with the bat, however, she apparently continued to act aggressively.

The report said: "She started to approach him and tried to grab her phone.

"In doing so, according to (Michael), Julianne punched him in the face, which caused him to drop his cell phone and break the back and front of the phone.

"While he was still recording … Julianne also scratched him in the face."

According to the report, authorities observed a reddish mark on his left cheek and a small scratch on the left side of his nose.

Officers saw the recording of Michaels and claimed that his statements were accurate.

A source told the Sun at the time that she had licked the car window at some point during the altercation.

Jules admitted to authorities that she had been involved in a physical altercation with Michael.

She accused him of harassing her by filming her.

The former reality star said she had a baseball bat in the back of her car for "protection".

The report said: "Julianne said she grabbed the bat from her back seat but immediately put the bat on the ground before approaching (Michael).

"Julianne further declared" I was angry "and" I hit her. ""

A source close to Michael claimed that Jagger and Rio had witnessed the alleged attack and "were terrified".

Jules appeared in season 8 of Real New York Housewives.

She moved with her parents to Florida, while Michael moved to Miami to be near their children.

In the Bravo Life After Bravo spin-off, Jules said: "Until my divorce is over, I live temporarily in Boca with my parents, which turned out to be a good thing because that unfortunately my father died recently.

"So we spent the last year with him, which we wouldn't have spent as much time if we lived in New York.

"Well, be there until things get sorted out, and I hope we will go back soon."

The Jules and Michaels New York divorce case remains active.
