Daredevil actress Deborah Ann Woll wonders if she can work in Hollywood again
Deborah Ann Woll, who played Karen Page in Netflix’s Daredevil, The Defenders and The Punisher, recently revealed that she had trouble finding work in Hollywood after her role in Daredevil.
Woll appeared live with Joe Quesada of Marvel Comics where she revealed that she did not know if she would work in Hollywood again and detailed that she was going through a period of self-doubt.
Woll told Quesada, “I am going through a period of self-doubt. I will also feel a little emotion. It happens if you are an actor. “
Then she added, “I really wonder if I’m going to be able to work again and if someone wants to work with me again, and if I still have it, and all those scary things.”
She continued, “And part of my brain said to me, ‘No, you’re just crazy like calm. But like the part of me that likes it, the problem of being an artist and actor, and any of those professions where you put a piece of your soul into work, is that it becomes part of your identity. If I don’t act, I’m not sure who I am. “

Later in the interview, Woll details that she has had no work since Daredevil.
