Jenna Dewan draped her blossoming baby bump in a floral maternity dress while out with her son Callum, four, in Los Angeles this week.

The 43-year-old shares Callum with longtime fiancé Steve Kazee and also has a 10-year-old daughter named Everly by ex-husband Channing Tatum.

Tatum and Dewan recently made headlines over a legal battle over his earnings from the Magic Mike film franchise.

However, legal matters seemed far from his mind when Dewan was spotted with little Callum on Friday.

As she crossed the parking lot, she kept a watchful eye on her son and placed a hand on his shoulder as he trotted alongside her.

Jenna is about to be a mom of three — she's expecting her second child with Steve and also has daughter Everly with ex Tatum.

His latest observation comes after Tatum sent his lawyers to court last month to fight Dewan's demands for a larger share of the profits from his “billion-dollar” Magic Mike films and live-action shows.

Dewan was asking the court to “bifurcate” the former couple's dispute over revenue from the sexy stripper franchise, of which she claims half since the character was created while they were still married.

If his request were granted, it would mean their dispute over Magic Mike's millions would be decided in a separate trial, with other unresolved issues such as child support and spousal support being handled in a separate trial .

Tatum was vehemently opposed to the bifurcation, accusing Dewan of “delaying tactics to prolong the resolution of our financial settlement and seek a windfall from me.”

But last month in Los Angeles Superior Court, where neither star appeared, Dewan's lawyer, Samantha Spector, countered: “We're not delaying at all.”

“My client wants this to move forward. We just want to try it in a certain order,” dealing with the Magic Mike problem first.

“The Magic Mike intellectual property was created during the marriage and anything resulting from it is community property.”

Tatum's lawyer, Kristina Royce-Grotzinger, conceded to Judge David Wasserman on Wednesday that “there is no doubt that the Magic Mike intellectual property was created during the marriage.”

But she added that it was critically important to consider “all the work Tatum did” on Magic Mike following his breakup with Dewan.

Judge Wasserman decided not to rule May 15 on the bifurcation of the Magic Mike issue.

Instead, he scheduled a settlement conference for October 3 to give the two men time to resolve their differences.

If there is still no agreement, they will go to a pretrial conference on November 15 during which the judge will rule on the bifurcation request or lend a hand to the judge who will preside over the trial for him to decide.

Dewan claims in court documents that she is entitled to half of the intellectual property rights to Magic Mike and accuses Tatum of “engaging in various tactics intended to prevent its equal sharing.”

Her ex secretly conspired with others to hide his Magic Mike earnings from her, she claims, and after their breakup, he “unilaterally transferred” some of those intellectual property rights to a separate company “to his without his knowledge and consent.

But Tatum denies his accusations, saying: “I have always accepted that Dewan has an interest in the Magic Mike intellectual property and associated entities.

“I have never denied (Dewan) his share of community property or income. His claims that I “colluded with third parties” are completely false.

“She has had full access to all of our financial records for all activities during our marriage and since the separation. I continue to provide him with updates regarding Magic Mike's financial matters.

Although the couple officially divorced in November 2019, issues such as Magic Mike's income, division of assets, spousal support and child support for their 10-year-old daughter Everly remain pending despite years of legal battles.

Meanwhile, Dewan is now engaged to actor and singer Steve Kazee and expecting his second child next month while Tatum is engaged to actress Zoe Kravitz, 35.

The success story of Magic Mike, based on Tatum's earlier experiences as a stripper in Florida, began in 2012 with the first film. He and the film's director, Steven Soderbergh, co-financed the project.

Their $7 million investment turned into a blockbuster, grossing $167 million worldwide. Next came two more films, followed by touring strip shows which were also very successful.

At a hearing last month, Dewan's attorney, Spector, described the Magic Mike business as “a potential billion-dollar asset.”

Tatum's lawyer, Jacqueline Combs, insists the Magic Mike franchise made most of its money after he and Dewan had already split.

And Tatum claims that although he and several third-party business partners have invested money, time and effort to make the Magic Mike brand a success, “Dewan has not contributed to any efforts to improve Magic's intellectual property Mike.

“Contrary to Dewan’s allegations, I have only acted in the best interests of the community throughout our marriage and since the separation.

“I made substantial efforts after the separation to improve Magic Mike's intellectual property and also licensed my name and likeness to the relevant company.

“I believe these post-separation efforts give rise to my separate ownership claims to these assets, but they have also benefited the community.

“Without my post-separation efforts, the Magic Mike entities would have failed.”

As for Dewan's claim that he secretly stashed money in a trust, Tatum adds, “She's wrong.”

“Together, Dewan and I established an irrevocable trust to invest in certain businesses and made Everly the sole beneficiary. This was done with Dewan's knowledge and involvement.”

Tatum is also against paying alimony to his ex-wife, saying, “I do not believe (Dewan's) request for spousal support is appropriate.”

“We had a short-lived marriage of eight years and eight months and separated over six years ago.

“Dewan began living with her fiancé (Steve Kazee) shortly after we separated five and a half years ago.

“Dewan works, is able to contribute to his own maintenance and will receive half of the community assets, the balances and royalties as well as the income from other investments.

“She will also benefit from substantial investment income from the cash she received during our divorce. She received millions of dollars in cash.

“She will receive additional cash when the remainder of our estate is divided and the post-separation accounting is finalized.

“There is not, and never has been, a temporary spousal support order.

“I believe she is now asking me for child support to further delay our financial settlement.”
