This unconventional collection from the man who has been designing elite men's fashion for years was born at the initiative of the “Friends of Abarbanel” association and the management of the Abarbanel Mental Health Center. They decided to revamp the patients' casual wear and contacted Doron Ashkenazi, one of the country's veteran fashion designers, who responded to their request by voluntarily designing a casual wear collection.
“I love collaborating with various organizations and found it a great challenge in designing for an area that is usually very stigmatized: ‘hospital wear,’” he explained, adding that his guiding principle was to create a gender neutral collection that would be suitable for both adults and adults. and youth.
