A fashion show raised nearly $33,000 for the Pace Center for Girls of Lee County. Last Tuesday, the nonprofit held its annual FUNky Fashion Show at Moose Lodge in Cape Coral. Each dress was made from recycled and repurposed materials. Local businesses, organizations and Pace girls made them, and attendees voted for their favorite outfit to walk the runway. All proceeds benefit Pace’s mission of helping girls reach their full potential. Pace provides free, year-round academic support, case management, counseling and life skills development for middle and high school girls.

A fashion show raised nearly $33,000 for Pace Center for Girls in Lee County.

Last Tuesday, the nonprofit held its annual FUNky Fashion Show at the Moose Lodge in Cape Coral. Each dress was made from recycled and repurposed materials. Local businesses, organizations and Pace girls made them, and attendees were able to vote for their favorite outfit to walk the runway.
