From singers like Cardi B and Ice Spice to actresses like Rebel Wilson and Taraji P. Henson, who do you think deserves the title of best and worst dressed celebrity of the week? BEST DRESSED: Olivia Culpo

Olivia Culpo's wedding dress may not be to everyone's taste, but what matters most is that the bride is happy, right? The 32-year-old tied the knot with Christian McCaffrey in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, over the weekend in a long-sleeved, crew-neck crepe ball gown by Dolce and Gabbana. The show-stopping gown featured a full skirt and buttoned back, and was paired with an equally show-stopping lace-trimmed veil.
