From July 17 to August 15, Shelter Island historic seaside retreat will transform into a beacon of haute couture and luxury. French fashion house Balmain is set to host a month-long Fashion Extravaganza, showcasing its summer and pre-fall collections in a beachfront setting. The event is a collaboration between Balmain and Los Angeles-based designer Cameron Silver, founder of Decades Inc.., which is best known for blending its rare haute couture collections with sophisticated and unique retail experiences.
