The Billboard Music Awards are here! The trophies were presented to some of our favorite names in music on October 14, 2020, so now is the time for Wonderwall.com to complete the fashion of the night! First, the host of the evening Kelly Clarkson. While we loved his master of ceremonies skills, we weren’t crazy about this shiny silver number. From the full shine to the sleeves and fringed hem to the black strapless underneath, this dress fell flat for us. Read on for the best and worst night fashion

We got a better look at it when Nicole Richie presented an award at the ceremony. With its single sleeve and asymmetrical neckline, her gorgeous dress incorporated ruffle embellishments, cutouts at the waist, and plenty of sheer fabric for an equally pretty and edgy vibe.

What’s going on here, Julia Michaels? The singer rocked a lot of tulle on top in the form of this insane cream confection and paired the frilly item with black pants and shiny boots, a serious lack of fashion.
Does that sound cooler than Lil Nas X? The star arrived in this Gucci outfit in pale green snakeskin, which featured unexpected hot pink accents that took the suit to the next level.
Magnificent! Brandy opted for this mid-length high neck dress in a bold multi-color print. It included wide sleeves and a thick belt at the waist. Her performance look, however, was another story.
We’re not quite sure where to start with Brandy’s performance look. She donned this funky outfit consisting of a cream top with weird draped details, a matching feather duster on top, loose black pants and a pair of white ankle boots.
We can always count on Sia for an extraordinary fashion moment! Her outfit at the Billboard Music Awards was no exception, the star rocking this pretty candy pink silk taffeta cape for the occasion. It featured dramatic puffed sleeves and an oversized bow at the neckline and was set over a yellow chiffon dress, all from Dolce & Gabbana. Then? A look at his helmet
Now that’s a hair bow! Sia donned this huge Dolce & Gabbana yellow silk bow over her head during her performance.
It was all a subtle floral camouflage print for Billie Eilish! We’re used to the star’s offbeat fashion by now, and we were impressed with the full body suit, from the bucket hat to her long sleeve button down collar top and wide leg pants.
Jane Lynch kept things a little too casual. The actress arrived in a button down blouse, white suit jacket, black pants and boots, a very ordinary ensemble that didn’t feel right for an awards show.
Lizzo made a serious fashion statement at the Billboard Music Awards! The superstar rocked this black and white mini dress with the word ‘Vote’ written all over it, delivering a powerful message while accepting its prize.
Jharrel Jérôme gave us an optical illusion on the black carpet are his pants silver or black? The star donned two-tone pants with a printed jacket and black sneakers for a low-key but visually interesting look! Look.
Looking fabulous, Dear! The iconic singer arrived in this black two piece set, a long sleeve cropped top and a miniskirt adorned with lots of silver sequins, and finished her look with black tights and sandals.
We’re used to Kane Brown looking sharp on the black carpet, but this outfit was instantly missed. We weren’t in that wild shirt, or the casual way to pair it with dark jeans and boots.
When it comes to fashion, Garth Brooks is reliable! The country star wore double denim over a dark shirt and blue jeans with boots when he picked up his trophy.
Yikes! Doja Cat went for the sheer, over-the-top trend in this long sleeve jumpsuit with strategically placed jewels and sequins. While it gave us a bit of nostalgia in Britney Spears’ iconic performance costume “Oops! I Did It Again”, it ultimately missed the mark.
Ty Dolla Sign is another star who has kept things seriously casual on the mat. But despite her less formal outfit, we were fans of this cut. He wore a flannel-inspired cardigan over a white t-shirt, white jeans and Vans sneakers.
Stephen “tWitch” Boss kept things fresh in this laid-back yet cool ensemble. He rocked a graphic T-shirt, leather jacket, black pants and crisp white sneakers, then topped it off with a black velvet hat.
While we liked the top half of Allison Holker’s black velvet blazer-style dress, it got us lost when it switched to sheer lace from mid-thigh down.
Swae Lee looked stylish in this black and white outfit consisting of a black turtleneck with white patterns, black pants and shiny black boots.
