Pakistani court searches for reports of Mulla Mansour property in Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar | Instant news

A court in Pakistan requested a report on the purchase of a property by the Taliban supreme commander, Mullah Akhtar Mansour, who was reportedly purchased in Karachi, Kita, and Peshawar.

Mullah Mansour is reported to have bought the property with a false identity before he was killed by a drone attack in the Pakistani tribal areas.

On Saturday, the Anti-Terrorism Court ordered the FBI to submit reports regarding the seizure of property purchased by Mulla Mansour, according to Dawn News.

Dawn News also added that the court also directed the agency to report the announcement of two suspected accomplices to the murder of a Taliban leader who had fled in a case of alleged terrorist financing and money laundering filed in July 2019.

Mullah Mansour was reportedly killed in a US drone strike over Balochistan province on May 21, 2016 when he was reportedly on his way from Iran.

Pakistani officials later confirmed that DNA collection reports confirmed that the person who had been killed in an American drone strike was the supreme commander of the Taliban, Mullah Mansour.
