Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) signed Presidential Decree (Keppres) No. 5 of 2022 regarding the cost of organizing Hajj
Year 1443 Hijri / 2022 AD From Hajj travel costs, value benefits and efficiency funds.
Based on a copy of Presidential Decree Number 5/2022 obtained from the Ministry’s State Secretariat Legal Information and Documentation Network on Saturday in Jakarta,
The President has determined the cost of organizing Hajj or BPIH 1443 Hijri which comes from the cost of Hajj or Bipih trip, benefit value and efficiency funds.
The Bipih consists of sources for pilgrims, Bipih which comes from Regional Hajj Officers or PHD, and Bipihs which come from the Guidance Group Guidance for Hajj and Umrah or KBIHU.
Meanwhile, the benefit value consists of the benefit value of Bipih deposits for regular hajj pilgrims. In addition, the efficiency fund is obtained from the results of the operational cost efficiency of the Hajj pilgrimage.
The amount of Bipih from pilgrims is as follows:

b. Medan Embarkation in the amount of Rp.36,393,073
vs. Batam Embarkation in the amount of Rp39,686.009
D. Padang Embarkation amounting to IDR 37,411,480
e. Palembang Embarkation in the amount of Rp.39,806.009
F. Embarkation in Jakarta in the amount of Rp 39,886.009 (Pondok Gede)
g. Boarding in Jakarta in the amount of Rp 39,886.009 (Bekasi)
h. Solo boarding in the amount of Rp 40,262,721
I. Embarkation from Surabaya in the amount of Rp 42,586,009
J. Banjarmasin Embarkation amounting to Rp41,235,290
k. Balikpapan Embarkation in the amount of Rp 41,362,590
I. Lombok Embarkation amounting to IDR 41,647,741
M. Embarkation from Makassar in the amount of Rp 42,686,506
Then the amount of Bipih in 1443 Hijriah from the PHD and KBIHU supervisors is as follows:

Then the amount of BPIH in 1443 Hijriah which comes from the value of benefits and efficiency funds for regular pilgrims is Rp. 4,228,422,095,519.71.
This presidential decree takes effect on the date of its stipulation, i.e. April 29, 2022.
