Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is preparing to tackle police brutality ahead of any future long marches, party chairman Imran Khan announced on Sunday, condemning police action against his party’s workers during of the Azadi march on May 25.

Addressing a convention of party workers in Charsadda, he said peaceful protest was their right and that he would seek clarification from the Supreme Court after consultation with lawyers. The PTI is waging jihad for true liberation from the clutches of the superpowers and will continue its struggle for this cause, he said, adding that the PTI tigers had not been hampered by containers placed on the roads to block their walking, and had removed all obstacles in their path.

Reiterating that the protesters had left their homes for real freedom and not for self-interest, he alleged that the PTI workers had been martyred and injured during this struggle due to the disproportionate police response to their march. Vowing to continue his struggle until the imported government imposed on the people by an international plot is ousted, he warned Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah that the nation would not forgive them for the harsh treatment inflicted. to PTI activists.

Foreign instructions

In his address to party workers, Khan reiterated his allegations that the incumbent government was acting on instructions from foreign powers, adding that he would never accept the imported government of slaves and raiders. Without offering any evidence, he claimed that the coalition government would make a deal with India to sell the people of Kashmir and to top it off, they would also accept Israel.

The Foreign Ministry has previously denied that there are ongoing efforts to recognize Israel, stressing that Pakistan’s position on Palestine is clear and there has been no change.

The deposed prime minister also criticized the government’s decision last week to cut a subsidy on petroleum products which led to a price increase of Rs. 30/litre, adding that it was done on the instructions of the International Monetary Fund ( IMF), which is controlled by the United States. The IMF agreement under which the incumbent government withdraws its subsidies was signed by the government then led by the PTI. Economic experts have repeatedly pointed out that Khan’s announcement of the initial grant was in violation of the agreement and would hamper the government’s ability to continue the IMF program necessary for economic stability.

Khan reiterated his claims that the PTI-led government had reached a deal with Russia to import gasoline at 30% cheaper rates, alleging that the imported government had scrapped the deal to avoid angering the people. United States. The government has repeatedly denied this claim, saying there is absolutely no evidence of a formal agreement.
