PML-N Deputy Chairperson Maryam Nawaz on Tuesday claimed former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan was ‘more dangerous than terrorists’ as she blasted Pakistan’s recent Tehreek-e-Insaf riots in Islamabad , the media reported.

In her address at an event on Tuesday, the PML-N vice president said, “Imran Khan is a gang leader…his political campaign is more dangerous than terrorism,” according to local media.

Maryam Nawaz said Khan had admitted in a recent interview that his party activists were armed, while at his rallies “not a single person carries arms”.

The leader of the PML-N asked Khan to remove the “political veil” from his face if he wants to continue committing terrorist acts in Pakistan, because once the authorities see his true face, he will be treated as ” terrorists”.

“Imran Khan has put up a political front and is involved in armed terrorism under his guise. […] and he knows that once November passes, his conspiracy will fail,” she said.

The leader of the PML-N added that the ousted Prime Minister was not waging jihad, but “fasad” (bleeding), and that the government would do everything in its power to stop this “fasad”.
