“So I’m helping a seriously troubled man, who just happens to be black, Ye (Kanye West), who’s been decimated in his business and pretty much everything else, and who’s always been kind to me, by allowing his request to meeting at Mar-a-Lago, alone, so I can give him much-needed ‘advice’,” Trump wrote on his Truth page.

“He shows up with 3 people, two of whom I didn’t know, the other a political figure I haven’t seen for years,” he continued. “I told him not to run for office, a total waste of time, I can’t win. The fake news has gone CRAZY!”

A Trump adviser confirmed to CBS News on Friday (November 25) that the former president had dinner with Kanye and insisted he did not know who Fuentes was, or that he knew he would be arriving with the Chicago rapper-producer.

“Kanye West really wanted to visit Mar-a-Lago,” Trump said in a statement. “Our dinner was planned for Kanye and me only, but it arrived with a guest I had never met and knew nothing about.”

Trump’s statement comes days after Kanye announced his intention to run for president in 2024. On Thursday (November 24), Ye tweeted a video on his Twitter account saying he had a “debriefing” with Trump , where he asked her to be his enforcer. comrade.
