Father of missing Georgia mother speaks out amid Florida search
Curtis Cavett is asking the public for help in the search for his daughter, Leila Cavett, 21.

The worried father said he was sure someone knew something, especially after learning about his truck, a white Chevy 3500, mid to late ’90s, was found in an often busy parking lot on Wednesday. a Walmart near US 441 in Hollywood, Florida.
Hollywood Police continue to work with Miramar Police on the investigation.
As police continue their search, Leila’s grandfather, Robert Ferdinand, has also called on the public to keep looking.
“Her face is everywhere on TV, on Facebook, in the news, and she is recognizable,” he said.
This missing persons case began when a toddler was found wandering barefoot on a street in Miramar on Sunday morning, wearing only a t-shirt and diapers.
“He’s 100% my nephew,” said Gina Lewis, who said she was Leila’s sister and identified the child as 2-year-old Kamdyn.
Leila’s family said she lived in Georgia. So far, there is no explanation for his trips to the Sunshine State.
Relatives said they just wanted her home to be safe. Her father said he had a message for her.
“Baby, I love you more than the world, and you can always call your father,” he said. “Contact me as much as you can. If you can just get to this phone, I’ll get in touch with you.”
