(3) IUPK and/or ownership of shares of religious community organizations in business entities as provided for in paragraph (1) may not be transferred and/or transferred without the approval of the Minister.

(4) The shareholding of religious community organizations in a business entity must be majority and majority.

(5) Commercial entities as provided in paragraph (4) are prohibited from collaborating with the former holders of PKP2B and myself or their affiliates.

(6) The WIUPK offer as provided for in paragraph (1) is valid for a period of 5 (five) years after the entry into force of this government regulation.

(7) Further provisions regarding the provision of WIUPK in priority to business entities belonging to religious community organizations, as provided for in paragraph (1), are regulated in a presidential regulation.
