Returning to Solo, President Jokowi arrives at Sumber Residence

President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) returns to Solo City. Jokowi accompanied by First Lady Iriana Jokowi arrived at the Sumber residence this afternoon.
From observation detikJateng, Jokowi's group arrived at his private residence in Sumber Village, Banjarsari District, Solo City at around 6:44 p.m. WIB. Behind the patrol car, there were 10 cars in the group.
There were no sirens when the group arrived. Traffic on Jalan Letjen Suprapto was also not closed, so the president's entourage did not attract public attention.

President Jokowi's return was confirmed by Solo Police Chief Commissioner Iwan Saktiadi. “We have (arrived in Solo),” Iwan said when contacted. detikJatengFriday (10/14/2024).
Previously, Jokowi's return to Solo was announced by Solo Deputy Mayor Teguh Prakosa.
Teguh said that today President Jokowi would land in Solo City. “Yesterday the meeting was here (Astana North), yes, but we are not there (attended). But this afternoon, the president (Jokowi) will come to Solo and land at 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. afternoon,” Teguh said.
However, he admitted that he was not aware of President Jokowi's program upon his return to Solo. According to him, it was a family agenda.
“I don't know what the family events are. I don't know exactly. I don't know what our agenda (in Solo) is. (Family agenda). It's his (Gibran's) business to know what the agenda,” says Téguh.
Eid al-Adha prayers in Semarang
President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is expected to hold Eid al-Adha prayers at the Central Java Grand Mosque (MAJT), Jalan Gajah Raya, Semarang. There, Jokowi will also hand over a sacrificial cow weighing 1.23 tons.
“Based on information during a coordination meeting with the mayor, last Wednesday, Mr. Jokowi was scheduled to pray Id at the Grand Mosque in Central Java,” said MAJT Semarang Public Relations Officer, Beni Arif Hidayat, contacted Friday (14/6/2024).
The MAJT itself will organize Eid al-Adha prayers, Monday (17/6), at 06:30 WIB. The plan is for the Eid al-Adha prayer to be led by MAJT Imam Ulil Abshar, who is also an international qori.

Jokowi will be best man at the wedding of his nephew, Rimbo Galih Samudro, in Solo. Rimbo is the son of Idayati, Jokowi's sister. He will marry Aisyah Nooratisya, daughter of former Golkar Solo president, the late Hardono. Hardono is known as Jokowi's former rival during the 2005 Solo regional elections.
Head of the Banjarsari Religious Affairs Office (KUA), Solo, Arbain said that Rimbo's wedding with Aisyah is expected to take place at Aisyah's residence on Saturday (22/6).

Besides Jokowi, former Sebelas Maret University (UNS) Chancellor Ravik Karsidi was also said to be a witness to Rimbo's marriage to Aisyah.
“(President Jokowi is witness to the wedding?) Yes. If I'm not mistaken, the only (witness) is former UNS Chancellor Mr. Ravik Karsidi,” Arbain said.
