There are no special events on Jokowi's birthday

Jakarta: Presidential Special Staff Coordinator Ari Dwipayana said that no special events were held on the birthday of Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi). The President continues his work activities as usual.
“There is no special event. Mr. President continues his activities as usual at Merdeka Palace,” said Ari, Friday, June 21, 2024.
The reason, Ari continued, is that President Jokowi has never specifically celebrated his birthday. According to Ari, it has become a habit.
“Mr. President never specifically celebrates birthdays. And there is no particular reason. It's just not his habit,” Ari said.
Joko Widodo was born in Surakarta, Central Java on June 21, 1961. He first entered government as Mayor of Surakarta (Solo) from July 28, 2005 to October 1, 2012.
After that, Joko Widodo served as Governor of DKI Jakarta on October 15, 2012 before being elected President of the Republic of Indonesia in the 2014 Presidential Election (Pilpres). In the presidential election, Joko Widodo was elected with his partner, Jusuf Kalla.
In the 2019 presidential election, Joko Widodo was re-elected as President of the Republic of Indonesia for his second term. This time, Joko Widodo was accompanied by Vice President Ma'ruf Amin and was inaugurated on October 20, 2019 for a term from 2019 to October 2024.
