President Jokowi takes his grandchildren to Solo Safari during school holidays
The President visited all the rides, starting with the exhibits, the camels, the aviaries, the otters, the crocodiles and finally the feeding.
Solo (ANTARA) – President Joko Widodo invited his two grandchildren Jan Ethes Srinarendra and La Lembah Manah to visit Solo Safari during the school holidays after receiving school report cards.
Monitoring in Solo, Central Java, on Sunday, the group arrived around 13:00 WIB. During the Solo Safari, all three, dressed together in white clothing, visited each animal enclosure.
They visited Solo Safari for about two hours.
Solo Safari General Manager Rio Mahendra said President Jokowi and his two grandsons, sons of Surakarta Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka, visited all the rides.
“The president visited all the rides, starting with the exhibits, the camels, the aviaries, the otters, the crocodiles and finally the feeding,” he said.

On this occasion, the President also praised the condition of Solo Safari, which was earlier called Taru Jurug Wildlife Park (TSTJ), as its current condition is much cleaner and the animals are also well cared for.
“The animals are well cared for, none of them are skinny. They are enjoying Solo Safari,” he said.
Previously, on this return, President Jokowi came to the wedding of his nephew, Anwar Usman-Idayati's son.
The wedding itself took place on Saturday (6/22). At the wedding, President Jokowi was also accompanied by First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo. Apart from this, all the sons and daughters of the President were also present at the same activity.
