Solopos.com, SOLO President Joko Widodo or Jokowi visited Safari Solo, Jebres, Solo, Sunday (6/23/2024) afternoon. On this occasion, Jokowi, as he is known, expressed his appreciation for the management of Solo Safari so far.
Monitoring Solopos.com, Jokowi visited Solo Safari not alone, but accompanied by his grandson, Jan Ethes Srinarendra. They both wore white clothes together.

Solo Safari General Manager Rio Mahendra said that Indonesia's number one person and his eldest son Gibran Rakabuming Raka had visited all of Solo Safari's rides.
This afternoon, Pak Jokowi visited all our rides. “Including exhibits starting with camels, an aviary, then animals, crocodiles and finally the elephant feeding area,” he said when met by reporters.
Rio said Jokowi also seemed happy during the Solo Safari. Including his grandchildren, he said, he also had time to feed them or food elephants and deer.
“Earlier, his feedback to us (Solo Safari) was very, very good, the place is clean, the animals are well taken care of,” he added.
He explained that Jokowi's arrival at Solo Safari was sudden and not at all planned. However, his party had previously coordinated with Paspampres.
When asked if there was any sterilization of the area during Jokowi's visit, he said no. He wanted it to be natural. So if there are visitors, leave them alone, he replied.
Jokowi and Jan Ethes left Solo Safari around 2:00 p.m. WIB. Before boarding his car, Jokowi also took time to take photos with a number of visitors, Solo Safari employees and handed out t-shirts.
