AAP ministers seek urgent solution to Delhi water crisis in letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi

Delhi cabinet ministers have written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and urged him to resolve the water crisis in the national capital on priority, Environment Minister Gopal Rai said on Monday.
Addressing a press conference, Delhi cabinet ministers said Ms Atishi's indefinite fast had entered its fourth day and her health was deteriorating.
The ministers held a meeting at the hunger strike site in Bhogal, Jangpura, where they decided to write a letter to the Prime Minister seeking a solution to the problem.
“We also invite Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, all officers at Wazirabad, Bawana, to view the flow meter readings and see the water levels of the river. The data is available for the water released by the 'Haryana and they can see for themselves how the water has receded,' he said.
Asserting that Delhi should get its share of water, the minister announced that in the evening, a candlelight march would be organized in support of Ms. Atishi's indefinite fast.
