Admiral DK Joshi, PVSM, AVSM, YSM, NM, VSM (retd), Lieutenant Governor of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Vice-Chairman, Islands Development Agency, met Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to New Delhi.
