2. Regulation number 8 of the Minister of Commerce is referred

Zulkifli Hasan said that the results of the meeting decided that the proposal of the Minister of Industry (Menperin) Agus Gumiwang would be followed regarding the Regulation of the Minister of Commerce (Permendag) Number 8 of 2024 and would be returned.

“Previously this was accepted due to the proposal of the Minister of Industry to return Regulation 8 2024 to the Minister of Commerce,” he said.
