Regarding Jokowi offering Kaesang to political parties, PDI-P secretary general: replication of the presidential election

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PDI-P Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto admitted to hearing the news that President Joko Widodo was offering his youngest son, Kaesang Pangarep, to a number of political parties for the DKI Jakarta Pilkada.
Hasto said Jokowi's actions have encouraged his son to run as a counter-president in the 2024 presidential election.
We know that during the presidential election, Gibran Rakabuming Raka, who is his eldest son, presented himself as a vice-presidential candidate accompanying Prabowo Subianto.

“We heard from the press, we heard from party officials that there was an effort to replicate what happened in the 2024 presidential election,” Hasto said at the Senayan East parking lot in the Central Jakarta, Saturday (6/29/2024).
Despite this, Hasto says PDI-P is not afraid of this.
He said that the PDI-P was built with a concept of resilience that unites with the people due to ideological, leadership and institutional aspects.
“On strategic leadership, ideology and institutionalization of the party and their relevance to the resilience of the party. For the PDI Perjuangan to be a party that has grown in the trials of history,” he said.

Hasto further claimed that President Jokowi's sexual promiscuity has long been demonstrated during the 2024 presidential election.
In fact, the President said this directly about the girls' practice.
“And this is what Pak Jokowi himself said, not anyone else. So, to determine the leader, it is the people who have the sovereignty in the execution of the real cawe-cawe,” Hasto explained.
Earlier, it was reported that President Joko Widodo had proposed his youngest son to several political parties to fill the seat of candidate for deputy governor of Jakarta in this year's regional elections.

This was revealed last Thursday by Secretary General of the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) Aboe Bakar Al Habsyi in Central Jakarta.
Aboe did not further explain which parties had proposed Kaesang's name.
However, he neither denied nor confirmed that PKS was among the proposed parties.
“That's it, it's been pushed. It's been pushed, we'll see. That's it, that's enough. (It's been pushed) everywhere,” Aboe Bakar said in Grand Sahid Jaya, Central Jakarta, Thursday (27/6/2024).

Upon hearing Aboe's statement, Kaesang categorically denied it. He pointed out that his father had never offered himself to a number of parties, as Aboe had stated to the media team.
According to him, Aboe's statement used bad methods and lied to the public.
“PKS Secretary General does not speak according to facts. Pak Jokowi never proposed my name to parties. Please check or tell which parties Pak Jokowi proposed,” Kaesang argued.
