The house donated by the state to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) after his term ends is located at Jalan Adi Sucipto, Blulukan Village, Colomadu District, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. The house will be built on an area of 12,000 square meters (m2). Who owned the land before the area was built as Jokowi's retirement home?
Quoted by detikJateng, it turns out that the 12,000 m2 land was previously owned by two people. Blulukan Village Head Slamet Wiyono said that of the 12,000 m2 of land, about 9,000 m2 belonged to PO Rosalia Indah boss Yustinus Soeroso. Meanwhile, the rest belongs to one Joko Wiyono.
“The 12,000 square meters are three stakes, about three stakes of 9,000 belong to Pak Soeroso Rosalia Indah. Then the other stake of about 2,700 or 2,800 belongs to Joko Wiyono,” Slamet said when contacted by the media, Tuesday (2/7/2024).

Slamet said that before the land belonged to Joko Wiyono, it had changed ownership. Slamet added that Joko Wiyono was not a native resident of Blulukan and he did not know his exact home or place of residence.
“Yes, the last one (the owner) is not a Blulukan resident. Both of them are not Blulukan residents, foreigners. I have never met (Joko Wiyono), I don't know who he is, what his profession is,” Slamet said.
Previously, the land that would be used to build Jokowi's house was only about 9,000 m2, but over time, the land area expanded to 12,000 m2. According to Slamet, the process of expanding the land from 9,000 square meters to 12,000 square meters is proceeding quickly. After three piles were executed, a pile belonging to Joko Wiyono was finally taken as well.
“It's only been a few months since Mr. Soeroso's three stakes were executed. It turns out that someone else asked us, but we don't know who the owner is, and the address is only known by the name in our book. He said Joko Wiyono's land was on the west side, near Taman Sari restaurant.
“It’s located on the westernmost side, near the restaurant,” he explained.
