PM Modi spotted holding T20 World Cup trophy during Indian team meeting; here are the pictures
The men in blue wore a special jersey during their meeting with Prime Minister Modi. On the front of the jersey, it was written “CHAMPIONS” in bold letters.
The Men in Blue lifted the prestigious T20 WC trophy for the second time, beating South Africa by seven runs in Barbados on Saturday.

The T20 World Cup-winning Indian team landed in Delhi on Thursday and was given a warm welcome by fans who were waiting for the sight of their favourite heroes and the silverware.
Team members, support staff, their families and media were stranded in Barbados, which was hit by Hurricane Beryl, at that stage a category four hurricane that passed through Barbados, with Bridgetown's Grantley Adams International Airport closed for three days.
The flight was organised by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) secretary Jay Shah and took off on July 2 before arriving in Delhi around 6 am on Thursday. Board officials and members of the tournament's media contingent were also on board the flight.
India ended a 13-year drought by winning the final, beating South Africa by seven runs on Saturday. Virat Kohli's 76 helped India reach 176/7 while Hardik Pandya (3/20) and Jasprit Bumrah (2/18) helped India restrict the Proteas to 169/8 despite Heinrich Klaasen's 52 off just 27 balls. Bumrah, who took 15 scalps throughout the tournament at an astonishing economy rate of 4.17, was awarded the 'Player of the Tournament' honours.
Just like other teams do after winning titles, the Rohit-led team will take an open-top bus ride in Mumbai to Marine Drive and the iconic Wankhede Stadium from 5:00 pm onwards to celebrate.
