Happy! Jokowi increases Tukin for this ministry, the highest of IDR 33.2 million
Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has increased performance allowances for employees of the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPA). The highest positions receive a performance allowance of up to IDR 33.2 million.
This is stated in Presidential Regulation Number 71 of 2024 regarding performance allowances for employees in the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection, which was promulgated (2/7/2024).
It was explained that in accordance with the results of the implementation of the bureaucratic reform, the PPA Ministry had met the criteria for receiving performance allowance adjustments. Meanwhile, the highest positions, such as ministers, receive performance allowances of up to 150%.
“The PPA Minister who heads and directs the PPA Ministry receives a performance allowance of 150% of the highest performance allowance within the PPA Ministry,” writes Article 5, quoted on Thursday (4/7/2024).
The performance allowance as Minister of PPA is granted from the entry into force of this Presidential Regulation.
However, it is important to remember that this performance allowance is not granted to employees of the PPA Ministry who do not occupy a specific position, who are temporarily dismissed or inactive, who are dismissed from an organic position with a waiting allowance and who have not been dismissed as employees, to employees who are on leave outside the responsibility of the State.
