Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday shared a video of his memorable interaction and conversation with the T20 World Champion Indian team, during which the players discussed the trip and expressed their thoughts.
“You have filled the country with Utsav. I congratulate you all. You have shown team spirit and talent. You have shown patience and confidence,” PM Modi told the Indian team during his interaction with them.
Sharing a video, Modi said our T20 world champions have thrilled everyone with their exceptional performances, adding, “I had a wonderful conversation with them.”
Last week, the Rohit Sharma-led team beat South Africa by 7 runs to win the T20 World Cup.
