Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – It is known that the area of the house donated by the state to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) on Jalan Adi Sucipto, Blulukan, Colomadu has increased. Currently, the area has reached 12,000 square meters, from the original 9,000 square meters.
Blulukan (Kades) Village Head Slamet Wiyono said the 12,000 square meter plot of land was purchased from two people. First, about 9,000 meters were purchased from PO Rosalia Indah, Yustinus Soeroso, and the second plot belonged to Joko Wiyono.
“12,000 square meters is three stakes, if three stakes 9,000 belong to Pak Soeroso Rosalia, it is beautiful. Then an additional stake of 2,700 or 2,800 belongs to Joko Wiyono,” Slamet said as quoted by Detikcom, Friday (5/7/2024).
Meanwhile, Joko Wiyono does not reside in Blulukan, Colomadu, Karanganyar. Slamet himself does not know the origin or residence of Joko Wiyono.
“Yes, the last one (the owner) is not a Blulukan resident. Both of them are not Blulukan residents, they are foreigners. I have never met (Joko Wiyono), I don't know who he is, what his profession is,” Slamet said.
Slamet explained that the process of expanding the land from 9,000 square meters to 12,000 square meters was proceeding quickly.
“It's only been a few months since Mr. Soeroso's three stakes were executed. It turns out that someone else asked us, but we don't know who the owner is, and the address is only known by the name in our book,” he added.
He also admitted that he did not understand the process of purchasing the land owned by Joko Wiyono. Meanwhile, Joko Wiyono's land is on the west side, near the Taman Sari restaurant.
