LHP LKPP 2023 wins WTP, Jokowi underlines this message
Jakarta – President Joko Widodo received the report on the results of the audit of the central government financial report (LHP LKPP) for the 2023 fiscal year.
In the report's results, Jokowi congratulated all levels of central and regional government that managed to obtain the title of Fair Without Exception (WTP) this year.

The former DKI Jakarta governor also highlighted tumultuous global challenges, including geopolitics, trade wars and increasingly real climate change. This year, he explained, global economic growth has slowed and several regions have experienced economic crisis.

The President stressed the importance of structural reform to simplify regulations and bureaucratic procedures so that the government continues to be more effective and efficient.
Furthermore, he continued, Indonesia is currently in an era of government transition. The President hopes that the BPK RI and all components of the nation will support the government transition in October 2024 so that it goes smoothly.

At the end of his speech, the President of the Republic of Indonesia asked ministers, heads of institutions and regional heads to immediately follow up and complete the recommendations of the BPK audit in order to improve the financial management of APBN and APBD.
