Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India]July 13 (ANI): The much-awaited wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant was a spectacular event attended by a dazzling array of celebrities from Bollywood, Hollywood and beyond.

The ceremony was attended by a star-studded list of guests including former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, global icon Kim Kardashian, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and many other eminent personalities from the worlds of sports, film and politics.

Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson arrived at the Jio World Centre with his family for the ceremony.

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, accompanied by his wife Gauri Khanalso graced the occasion.

Actor and former Miss World Manushi Chhillar was spotted at the event.

Janhvi Kapoor looked stunning in her shimmering gold outfit.

Veteran star Rekha stunned everyone with her stylish saree look.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan posed for the cameras, looking as stunning as ever.

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's varmala ceremony is over. The beautiful bride Radhika Merchant aced her wedding look on Friday in a stunning lehenga by designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.

Stylist Rhea Kapoor took to Instagram to share pictures of Radhika as a bride. The 29-year-old opted for a richly embroidered ivory ensemble with touches of red and gold and accentuated her look with elegant jewellery.

Her outfit was a traditional interpretation of the ‘Panetar’, a Gujarati tradition in which brides wear red and white, Rhea explained. The ensemble included a trailing ghagra layered with a second detachable train, a 5-metre head veil and a fabric shoulder dupatta, the designer revealed.

“The ghagra shimmers with three red borders. Her work is the best amalgamation of Naqshi, Saadi and Zardozi hand embroidered in a symmetrical manner in intricate floral booties that are lavishly decorated with stones, sequins, tamba tikkis and a touch of red Resham. The head veil has an incredibly delicate jaali and cut-outs while the detachable train is an 80-inch Zardozi marvel,” Rhea said. The outfit is completed with a fully embroidered red shoulder dupatta that enhances the silhouette with its maximum drama.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also arrived to attend the wedding ceremony of Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant.
