Jakarta – President Joko Widodo attended a series of events for the 79th anniversary of the TNI held at Monas Square. The TNI commander said Jokowi was impressed by the defense equipment made in the country.

President Joko Widodo's arrival at the TNI defense equipment exhibition in Monas was warmly welcomed by locals and other visitors present at the venue. How could it not be, Jokowi, who uses and drives his own buggy, was seen taking his two grandchildren, Jan Ethes and Lembah Manah.

Jokowi left with his grandson from Merdeka Palace and arrived at 9:40 WIB at Monas. TNI Commander Agus Subiyanto and National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo accompanied Jokowi on his trip.

It is known that the exhibition of defense equipment is one of the main attractions of the TNI's 79th anniversary celebration series, which aims to introduce the public to the power and modernization of the TNI's weapons.
