An economist who spent more than six years at the influential think tank TaxPayers Alliance before joining professional services giant Deloitte, Sinclair was recruited to assist Truss during her short-lived premiership. He is well-known for his staunchly pro-free market views, having previously argued for a smaller, less interventionist state.
Miriam Cates

Resham Kotecha
Resham Kotecha, a woman of action with an impressive array of jobs and side hustles, is an active member of the Conservative Party and a name to watch for the future (she has already stood for Parliament twice). She is currently head of policy at the Open Data Institute, the non-profit set up by Tim Berners-Lee and Nigel Shadbolt, and a member of the advisory board of the Smart Data Council, a government-set-up to help replicate the success of open banking in other sectors. She is also head of engagement for Women2Win, an organisation co-founded by former Conservative Prime Minister Theresa May to get more women elected to Parliament, and runs her own public speaking training agency, Podium Perfect.
