Maluku Provincial Government Holds Coordination Meeting on President Joko Widodo's Arrival
AMBON, AMEKS.FAJAR.CO.ID. The Maluku Provincial Government held a coordination meeting with the TNI-Polri within the framework of Indonesian President Joko Widodo's visit to Seram East (SBT) and Buru South (Bursel) regencies.
The meeting chaired by the Acting Regional Secretary (Sekda) of the Moluccas, Suryadin Sabirin, took place on Friday (27/9/2024) in the meeting room on the 6th floor of the Maluku Governor's Office.
Acting Maluku Regional Secretary Sabirin said that to support the President's working visit to the Maluku province, security must be well maintained, so that the President can carry out his agenda in Maluku.
The President's agenda must be carefully prepared, where on October 3, 2024, Joko Widodo is expected to visit two places, namely South Buru Regency (Bursel) and East Seram Regency (SBT).
“The President's agenda in South Buru is to visit the regional hospital and market, check the development of BPJS and medical equipment, observe economic growth and control inflation, and provide direct assistance in species,” he explained.
After leaving Bursel, the President will then travel to East Seram Regency (SBT) with the aim of visiting the Bula Regional Hospital to learn about the management of reduction of stunting, polio, tuberculosis and public health conditions there. in connection with BPJS.
“Apart from that, Joko Widodo will also visit the State Vocational School 1 in East Seram, which deals with the agribusiness sector, to provide him with enthusiasm and motivation so that after graduation, he can create new jobs,” Sabirin said.
Also in the eastern Seram regency, Sabirin added, the president will also perform Friday prayers at the Grand Mosque there, then return to Ambon to leave for Jakarta. (JP).
