PKS regarding Jokowi calls IKN people's decision: does not correspond to the facts on the ground

At that time, Jokowi concluded that the IKN was the people's decision, reflected in the attitude of the People's Representative Council (DPR), which passed the IKN Law. In fact, according to Hidayat, not all DPR members agree with moving the capital.
“The PKS faction as a faction has clearly rejected the law since it was decided in the plenary session, including any revision of the law, and the PKS has rejected it,” he said.
Hidayat claimed that there were two surveys showing that more than 57% of Indonesians did not agree with the transfer of the capital to IKN.
“So what Pak Jokowi said is not in line with what is happening on the ground and it would be better if he conveys it as it is. “Moreover, it is the end of his term and it is clear that it was decided on several occasions that this would not be implemented,” HNW said.
The MPR vice president also said that from now on the presidential decree on the transfer is the decision of the elected president, in this case Prabowo Subianto.
