Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said Elizabeth II suffered from a “form of bone cancer.” His account is the first public indication from a former government official of the cause of death of one of the longest-reigning monarchs.

According to a report published by CNNJohnson broke royal protocol, if his account of Elizabeth II's final days is accurate. For a long time, there has been much speculation about his death, while there has been no comment from the royal family on the matter.
THE CNN said that Buckingham Palace had a policy of not commenting on books published about the royal family and, as such, had neither confirmed nor denied these claims.
The former prime minister, who resigned two days before the royal's death in Balmoral, Scotland, said she was suffering from a form of bone cancer. His account is the first public indication from a former government official of the cause of his death.

Although Johnson is not the first Prime Minister to recall his interactions with the late monarch during his time in office, Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and David Cameron have all done so, but generally speaking his is, by far, the more striking.
On leaving his post as Prime Minister, Johnson made the customary visit to the royal residence at Balmoral. On his arrival, he said he was greeted by the Queen's private secretary, who told him his condition had deteriorated significantly over the summer. Later, he met the monarch in her living room.
