Faisal Vawda accuses PTI of pursuing violent policies and calls out Imran Khan

Senator Faisal Vawda has accused the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) of seeking to promote violence and “corpse politics”.

Vawda, while addressing a press conference in Islamabad, launched a direct attack on the party's founding president Imran Khan, alleging that he is advocating a dangerous political agenda aimed at inciting violence in the country.

Vawda said the PTI now thrives on chaos, saying, “The party needs corpses for its political game.”

He further accused Imran Khan of abandoning Pakistan for foreign interests and called on him to bring his children to the country.

“Imran Khan is trapped in this game and serving foreign powers,” Vawda added.

The senator, a former PTI member, also criticized Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa leaders, including Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, saying corruption is rampant in the province.

“Gandapur is misleading the nation and playing the role of a pawn,” Vawda remarked.

He then criticized PTI's close ties with former intelligence chief Faiz Hameed, saying: “PTI has made Faiz Hameed its father.”

Vawda also stressed the need for the judiciary to play its role, while highlighting the deteriorating governance in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, accusing Chief Minister Gandapur of corruption.

He concluded his speech by stating that electricity and gasoline prices in Pakistan would soon come down, while continuing to focus on broader criticism of the PTI leadership, highlighting the violence associated with its policies .

Earlier, in a speech at a Senate session, Vawda had criticized Ali Amin Gandapur, saying: “Come to Punjab, Sindh or Balochistan, and you will be dismissed as Miss Gandapur.” You will be put to bed if you dare to come.

Vawda further accused PTI leaders of pleading with the establishment to engage with them.

He also linked PTI figures Murad Saeed, General Faiz and party founder to the death of journalist Arshad Sharif, saying they were aware of the incident.
