AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to provide free electricity to NDA-ruled states ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections, vowing to campaign for the saffron party if he responded to this request.

Addressing a public rally at the 'Janta Ki Adalat', Mr Kejriwal accused the BJP's 'dual engine' governments of failing in all states, predicting their ouster from Haryana and Jammu and Cashmere.

He called the “double engine” model “double loot and double corruption.”

“I challenge Prime Minister Modi to provide free electricity to the 22 BJP-ruled states before the Delhi assembly elections in February. If he does so, I will campaign for the BJP,” asserted M .Kejriwal.

“Exit polls show that the BJP's twin-engine governments will soon collapse in Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir,” he added.

Mr. Kejriwal further accused the BJP of being anti-poor, citing the removal of bus marshals and data entry operators as well as stopping salaries of home guards in Delhi.

“There is no democracy in Delhi. It is under LG rule,” he said.
