New Delhi [India]October 6 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday highlighted the crucial importance of world peace in ensuring a better future for humanity.
He affirmed that the success of our collective efforts rests on unity and collaboration among nations and communities.
In a signed message to Adish C. Aggarwala, Senior Advocate and Chairman of the International Council of Jurists and the International Commission of Writers, Prime Minister Modi reiterated that global peace is fundamental to a better future, emphasizing that our joint efforts are based on unity.
He highlighted India's historic commitment to peace, drawing inspiration from figures such as Bhagwan Buddha and Mahatma Gandhi, who emphasized human dignity and well-being, values that remain deeply relevant today. 
The Prime Minister said the diversity of participants including chief justices, ministers, judges, MPs, bar heads, writers, publishers and law professors. Their collective expertise is essential to crafting policies that promote global peace and prosperity.
The Prime Minister acknowledged the rise of new conflicts that threaten the socio-economic stability of nations. He argued that these challenges can only be effectively addressed through concerted global action and people-to-people engagement.
India, he reiterated, is dedicated to promoting global peace, unity and brotherhood, inspired by the philosophy of “One Earth, One Family, One Future”. This human-centered approach aims to cultivate a peaceful world for future generations.
Prime Minister Modi expressed confidence that the discussions at the conference would lead to a visionary blueprint for peace, harmony and well-being. He concluded by wishing the participants every success in their deliberations, emphasizing the importance of their collective efforts in promoting world peace.
