Gibran says Jokowi gave his opinion on Cabinet issues but on Prabowo's decision

The composition of the government cabinet of the elected president and vice-president, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka announced soon. Gibran revealed that President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) also contributed to Prabowo in preparing the cabinet.
“There are several suggestions. But again, the decision is up to the president-elect. Wait until next week,” Gibran said, reported by detikjatengSunday (10/13/2024).
The Prabowo-Gibran government is expected to be announced to the public on Sunday (20/10) evening. The announcement was made after the inauguration of the two presidents and vice-presidents-elect in the morning at the DPR/MPR building.

A week before the cabinet announcement, Gibran said that the process of determining the positions of ministers in his government with Prabowo was almost 100% complete. He said the decision to appoint ministers was the right of the president-elect.
Gibrán has not yet disclosed the names of the ministers who will work in his government. He assured that Prabowo chose the best tricks based on his abilities.
“He chose the best people in their respective positions,” Gibran said.
