It is known that Police General Listyo Sigit Prabowo has been the Chief of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia (Kapolri) since January 27, 2021 or under the administration of Joko Widodo ( Jokowi ).

1. Police General Sutarman (October 25, 2013 – January 16, 2015)
Sutarman was born in Sukoharjo on October 5, 1957. Sutarman is the head of the national police who has replaced General Timur Pradopo since October 25, 2013.
This former Kabareskrim was appointed by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono ( SBY ) at the State Palace in Jakarta, October 25, 2013.
This 1981 Akabri graduate became national police chief in two governments, namely SBY and Jokowi. The former Metro Jaya Regional Police Chief and West Java Regional Police Chief served as National Police Chief until January 16, 2015 or during the early days of Jokowi's administration.
2. Police General Badrodin Haiti (April 17, 2015-July 13, 2016)
Badrodon Haiti was born in Jember on July 24, 1958. He has been chief of the national police since April 17, 2015.
Initially, there was controversy over the change of national police chief, starting with President Jokowi's decision to nominate Budi Gunawan as a candidate for the position of national police chief. In response to this controversy, President Jokowi decided not to appoint Komjen Budi Gunawan as national police chief.
Jokowi then proposed a new candidate, namely Komjen Badrodin Haiti, to obtain the approval of the DPR for the position of national police chief. The DPR agreed. A 1982 Akabri graduate, who also served as head of the Security Maintenance Agency (Kabaharkam) and deputy police chief, he served as national police chief until July 13, 2016.
