PDIP fires Jokowi and his family
Mitrapost.com – The Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) officially dismissed Joko Widodo (Jokowi), Gibran Rakabuming Raka, Bobby Nasution and 27 other cadres.
The decision was read by Komarudin Watubun as Chairman of the PDIP DPP Honorary Division.
“I have received a direct order from the general chairman of PDIP to make an official announcement, in accordance with the party statutes, in front of all DPD party chairmen throughout Indonesia. “The DPP Party will announce the dismissal decision letter of Joko Widodo, Gibran Rakabuming Raka and Bobby Nasution as well as 27 other members who were fired,” Komarudin was quoted as saying by Detik News on Monday (16/12/2024).
According to Detik News, here is the content of the published decree:
1. Decree Number 1649/KPTS/DPP/XII/2024 regarding the dismissal of Joko Widodo from the Indonesian Democratic Struggle Party.
The Central Leadership Council of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle considers and so on, remembers and so on, pays attention, decides
1. Determine, give the organization the form of revocation of Joko Widodo from membership in the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle.
2. Prohibit the brother mentioned above, in the first saying above, from carrying out activities and holding any position on behalf of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle.
