Jakarta – Towards the peak of Christmas celebrations on Wednesday, December 25, hundreds of Simbolon clans, members of the Punguan Simbolon dohot Boruna Indonesia (PSBI) community, are organizing the Simbolon Mar Natal 2024 at the Smesco Building, Jakarta, Thursday ( 19/12) evening.

According to PSBI General President Effendi MS Simbolon, the Simbolon Mar Natal 2024 activity was held as a form of thanksgiving for the birth of Lord Jesus Christ. “We showed this form of gratitude in the form of Simbolon Mar Natal 2024, where similar events were also held in 156 regions, including America, in which around 300,000 people from the Simbolon clan participated,” said Effendi MS Symbolon.

As a politician, Effendi MS Simbolon, who has been involved in PDI and PDIP for about 40 years, delivered a Christmas message so that the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi), could make the peace with PDIP General President Megawati Soekarnoputri. .

“I'm sad, how mean is Mr. Jokowi to the PDIP? I'm sad, I'm worried, I told Ms. Megawati that there is a time for everything. We shouldn’t judge people too much,” Effendi said.

Effendi also added that until now there are still many people who like Jokowi. Likewise, Jokowi's services to the party and the nation, continued Effendi MS Simbolon, have been enormous.

Before the peak of Christmas celebrations on December 25, Effendi delivered a peaceful Christmas message to Megawati Soekarnoputri and Jokowi, considering that they are both national figures.
