PM Modi on the uniqueness of Maha Kumbhs
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday (December 29) termed the upcoming Prayagraj Maha Kumbh as a mahakumbh of unity and urged participants to leave the monumental religious gathering with a commitment to eliminate hatred and division from society.
During his monthly address at the Mann ki Baat, Modi said: Mahakumbh ka sandesh ek ho pura desh (the message of the Maha Kumbh should be that the entire country should be united).
Highlighting the diversity of participants expected at the congregation, scheduled to take place in Prayagraj from January 13, he said there is no other example of such a scene of unity in diversity.
“Millions of people come together for this event. Thousands of saints, thousands of traditions, hundreds of sects, many akhadas, everyone is part of this event. There is no discrimination anywhere, no one is tall, no one is short. a scene of unity in diversity cannot be seen anywhere else in the world,” PM Modi said.
The specialty of Mahakumbh lies not only in its vastness but also in its diversity, he said.
“The Maha Kumbh this time will also strengthen the Maha Kumbh mantra of unity. Let me tell you all: when we participate in the Kumbh, let us carry with us this resolve of unity. The mega Hindu religious event takes place every 12 years.
Prime Minister Modi also noted that technology will be used to make it easier for people to access information related to the Maha Kumbh.
“For the first time, an AI chatbot will be used in the Kumbh event. All kinds of information related to Kumbh can be obtained in 11 Indian languages through the AI chatbot. Anyone can seek any kind of help from this chatbot by typing or speaking a text,” he said.
