Abraham Samad comments that Jokowi is the OCCRP version of the most corrupt character: the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) should react quickly
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Former Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Abraham Samad commented on the name of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo or Jokowi as a finalist for corrupt figures according to the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP).
He also mentioned that the Corruption Eradication Committee should also respond quickly.
“The KPK should respond quickly,” Abraham said in his statement on Wednesday (1/1/2025), as reported by Tribunnews.
Because he said, if the Corruption Eradication Committee ignores and does not pay attention to it, it may cause the public to give a negative evaluation to the Anti-Corruption Agency which is currently headed by Setyo Budiyanto.
