PDI-P spokesperson says his party has evidence of Jokowi camp's threat against Hasto Kristiyanto
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Spokesperson for the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P) Guntur Romli confirmed that his party had evidence of threats from the camp of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo or Jokowi, towards the Secretary General of the PDI-P Hasto Kristiyanto.
“There is evidence,” Guntur said.
“So this will be forwarded later, because that's what it is, this kind of threatening statement has been legalized by Mas Hasto as a statement that has a legal basis, yes, if something happens to Mas Hasto more late,” he continued. Hello Indonesia Morning KompasTV, Tuesday (07/01/2025).

Guntur added that the evidence obtained by the PDI-P regarding the threat also contained an alleged delegation from Jokowi's camp. Apart from this, Guntur added, his party also has a timeline of incidents involving threats against Hasto.
“There will be a delegation and then the timeline will also be transmitted in full, anytime, anywhere, on any issue,” Guntur said.
Previously, Guntur said that Joko Widodo's camp threatened and intimidated PDI-P Secretary General Hasto Kristiyanto.
“Mas Hasto suffered intimidation and threats all this time because he was sure he was not involved in this matter, so he never gave in, never paid attention to the threats and the threats always came from Jokowi camp,” Guntur said.
