In case you missed Trump's press conference yesterday at Mar-a-Lago, here are some highlights.

• He wants to rename the Gulf of Mexico Gulf of America.

• He refused to rule out the use of military force to retake the Panama Canal and seize Greenland.

  • According to Trump, America needs Greenland for national security reasons, and he has threatened to impose tariffs on Denmark, which owns Greenland, if it does not sell the territory to the United States. He also said that the people of Greenland would welcome the annexation.

• He once again spoke about Canada becoming the 51st state in the Americas. He said the border between America and its northern neighbor was an artificially drawn line and that Canada would be better off if it joined the United States. He also threatened to use economic force against the Americas' largest trading partner.

• He described Turkey's authoritarian President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as a friend of mine, a guy I like and someone I respect.

• He has repeatedly accused President Biden of sabotaging the transition process and once again said he should never have been allowed to even run for president.

• He criticized the Biden administration's efforts to regulate gas water heaters and said gas provides much better heat. As the expression goes, it doesn't itch. Does anyone have a radiator where you go and scratch?

• He once again complained about the low flow rate from the faucets and shower heads. No water comes out of the shower. It goes drip, drip, drip. So what's going on? You stay in the shower 10 times longer, according to the future president.

• He said Democrats want very little water to come out of your washing machine. So when you wash your clothes, you should wash them four times instead of one. You end up using more water.

• He also criticized windmills, saying that no one wants them and that they drive whales to suicide. Windmills drive whales crazy, Trump said.

• He said presidential election votes were still being counted in some areas.
