PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Advisor Barrister Dr Saif has advised Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to address public issues rather than trying to imitate the Former Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Responding to Maryam Nawaz's recent remarks, lawyer Saif said, “Maryam Nawaz is making a vain attempt to become like Imran Khan. Imran Khan dominates the nerves of the Sharif family, haunting them even in their dreams.

He criticized Maryam for allegedly prioritizing her personal ambitions over public welfare. He said that instead of trying to become like Imran Khan, Maryam should focus on solving the problems faced by the public.

He further said that in Punjab, funds meant for the people were transferred to London, while in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, public money was spent on social projects.

Highlighting the achievements of the provincial government, he noted that under the leadership of KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, KP had become the first province to repay its debt. Leaders who traveled to London for minor medical issues would never serve the public.

Lawyer Saif also accused Maryam Nawaz and her uncle, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, of mismanagement of federal and provincial resources. “The uncle and niece are busy plundering the national treasury. The Sharif family's money laundering stories are well known. This government has encouraged not only corruption but also anarchy,” he concluded.
