Delhi Assembly polls: Alcohol is available in Delhi but not water, says PM Modi

Ahead of the Delhi Assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a my sabse majbooth stand live webcast event, during which he interacted with Delhi BJP cadres.

During the live event, PM Modi said that the Aam AadmiParty (AAP) was making new announcements every day as it was losing ground every day because they were exposed in front of people.

PM Modi urged workers to ensure that record voting takes place to defeat the AAP-da and aimed to secure over 50 per cent votes in each polling booth. He asked party members about the situation on the ground during the event. People are openly expressing their anger against the AAP-da, they are questioning it, reminding it of its promises, he added.

After a worker told the prime minister about the lack of water, Mr. Modi said alcohol was available in Delhi but water was not. Prime Minister Modi cited Sheeshmahal as an example of AAP's deception and lies.

PM Modi added that the strength of BJP booth workers would ensure a massive victory for the party in the upcoming Assembly polls.

During the live event, Mr. Modi, while interacting with a party activist through a webcast, said the promises that AAP and Congress are making to the women of Delhi are incredible.

Women no longer believe in AAP and Congress. The women of Himachal Pradesh are in trouble. In Punjab, the AAP had promised money to women, but nothing happened, he added.

AAP-da model is based on lies, but BJP model is based on truth and what we say, we make it come true. In Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Odisha, we promised money to women under various schemes, and we achieved it, PM Modi said.

The Prime Minister added that the power of youth in the country is very important.

In the last ten years, we have brought changes for the youth with start-ups, corporates and other schemes, but in Delhi, AAP-da has troubled the youth, he said.

He added that the youth of Delhi is extremely troubled and they will give their vote to the NDA government this time. They are fed up with AAP-da's lies and know that if BJP comes to power, it will bring big changes and make Delhi a start-up hub.

PM Modi said that even though AAP-da continues to talk about education in Delhi and say that they have done so much for Delhi's schools, it is in front of people that they have not nothing done. He said that BJP will fix all government schools in Delhi, that's why we promised KG to PG education in our Sankalp Patra.
